Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package at your nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
